There’s more of an emphasis on plot development in this volume. I am so, so curious about the two new characters introduced, particularly “Mother.” Who is she? Where did Nadeshiko come from? I have so many questions and I’m looking forward to the next volume.

This one loses a star due to the chapter where Akane comes down with a cold. The character interactions were kind of gross. Not a fan.
