Pretty Boy
by Brianna Flores
oh hey little indie author that came out of nowhere for me, I see you!
Holy shit was this book STUFFED FULL of alll the deliciousness.
Was there plot? Sure there was.
Was there a lot of spice? Sure as fuck was.
Bash has me in a chokehold with how he talks to Liam & the pet names, ugh I can't!
Two page long triggers that you should absolutely be read if you have them. It gets rough, in all the ways.
Bash & Liam are the grumpy-sunshine trope, hands down.
The insecurities scream off the page from Liam but you can't fault him for it after how he is treated by someone who is supposed to love him no matter what. The doubts that are just under the surface for both of them are so real that it takes a minute to realize that through each other they are almost healing each other in a way.
Bash's backstory explained a lot about who he is and why he is the grump that he pushes forward. He only softens for his princess which makes their dynamic even more meaningful and sweet.
Both grow throughout the book and it's a fun trip to go through with them.
Now the spice, prepare yourself because there is a lot but it's soo good
Praise
Degradation
Toys
Filthy mouth
Piercings
It is all here.
"Everyone needs a little dick therapy now and then. Or something like that."
Same Liam, Same.
Again read the triggers if you have any but most of all there is more to this book than the spice, there is a hidden meaning in this book. It is real and for some it does hurt no matter where it comes from or who.
Definitely cannot wait for the other books, I need more from these boys.
