The very worst thing about this book is that it is exactly what it sounds like: a no-brainer, cotton candy, fluffy romance novel. I think the proper term is “bodice ripper.” All in all, this isn’t a book I would recommend to everyone, but it is a book that I would recommend to romance readers. :-)

The very best thing about this book is that it can really stick with you. I first read this book over a decade ago. Even after my original book was sold at a garage sale (thanks, dad) and I forgot both the title and author’s name, I still remembered this book. Well, I remembered it as a trilogy. When I went book hunting to find it (took me a while, too, considering that all I remembered was “Ginny and Steve”), I discovered that there were six books in a loose series.
