Cinder
by Marissa Meyer
I was a little skeptical at first because... cyborgs and cinderella parallels in a dystopian Asia? Cinder just sounded to good to be true, and I went into it prepared to be letdown. But no, I wound up thoroughly enjoying this.
It wasn't without its problems - the protagonist failing to connect any dots after a reasonable amount of time being the biggest of these -but Cinder is definitely worth the read if you like cyborgs, charming princes, and fairy tales with a twist.
