I'm still not sure how much of this book is real and fiction, but doing a quick wikipedia check they might have just hit the right mark and did proper research for this book. I think this might be as close to an autobiography as you are going to get on Chanel.
It was a nice read and the story is wonderful, it's just a shame the way the story turned due to the second world war.
