This book creates the most wonderful world in the most beautiful and creative way I have read in a very long time.
The world builds itself around you as you read it and learn with the main character how it works and how it has come to be this way.
The characters are wonderful to get to know and keep getting to know until the last sentence.
The world, though our own, is so much different than we know but it is written and shown in such a way as to never confuse or lose the reader as it builds.
The end is just as wonderfully written as the beginning and middle and I got to a point where I just could not put it down until I knew what happened to everyone within the story.
A great read, a wonderful sci fi, fantasy book. Don't let the length deter you. It is definitely worth the read.
