It was slow as shit, feels like reading a passive aggressive corporate email thread which feels unbelievable to me considering how fast-paced the first book was. Things only started happening about 10% of the last pages. My god, it was drudgery work reading this book.
If the first book was environmental horror, this one’s corporate horror.
