Oof what to say about this beautiful story. This is a true retelling if the story of Achilles that focuses on the love between Achilles and Patroclus. (Told from Pat‰ЫЄs perspective). This story forced me to slow down and take in the prose, and Miller‰ЫЄs ability to tell you so much and paint stunning pictures in so few words was really astonishing.
By the end I was convinced I wouldn‰ЫЄt cry because I honestly just hated all of the characters, but then I ended up heartbroken by the last 3 pages or so. Absolutely incredible novel.
