I don't even know what to say about this one. Not as gross or weird as other reviews led me to believe, but maybe my threshold for weird is higher? I was distracted trying to figure out what it reminded me of while I was reading, and still haven't put my finger on it. 

I really do need to read more weird Scandinavian lit, tho, bc that is apparently my jam.
