Basic plot: 

This is an ‘interactive’ romance novel – just like the choose your own adventure you may have read as a kid! (I did!) It’s written in second person, so “you” choose what path you want to go down. There are so many twists and turns that can happen – hopefully there’s something for everyone in this adventure. 

Give this a try if you want: 

- Humor – this book has a lot of laugh out loud silliness 

- Medium steam – most endings have a few quick kisses and some open door sex. 

- You want a nobleman as your hero! No, your female companion! No a highlander! Have them all and more in this romance :P 

- Plenty of settings to choose from – London, gothic feeling country home, Egypt... 

My thoughts:

I really enjoyed this novel! Even though most of my ratings for character depth, sensuality in the intimate scenes, and sexual tension was lower...I didn’t find those things to be as high since there were so many shorter plot lines it was harder to develop those aspects of it here. 

I didn’t find that mattered to me here. This book fit something light and funny and exactly what I was in the mood for at the time. Yes, some of it was silly and even a bit absurd, but I ate it up. I really enjoyed the way it was written, the choices were so humorous...it was such a nice change to me. Plus, I can’t imagine the work that goes into creating so many choices, options, and storylines to fit everything so kudos for that. 

Content Warnings – I don’t remember noting any, but I think there’s some minor violence in some of the scenes, possibly some sexual harassment with unwanted kisses? 

Locations of kisses/intimate scenes (This is only a handful of endings, maybe like 1/3 of the choices? Just to give an idea of what to expect. There’s a decent amount of quick kisses, some fade to black sex, some euphemistic and some a bit more explicit. Not a lot of it is SUPER explicit.)
