Having followed Hannah Shaw, my personal hero, for years and been involved in animal rescue myself, I knew much of the information presented in this book - from the medical bits to the more personal stories about individual kitties. And it was just a delightful to read/listen to every bit of it.

I read both the physical book and listened to the audiobook at the same time. There are some delightful differences between the two, but when Hannah was going a bit off script it was seemingly because she was just so excited to continue sharing information.
