A heartbreaking and eye-opening book of one young man's struggle to regain his mental health. This book was so accurate on many points of Caden's journey, and I am so proud of the awards that it has won so far. It should be the shelves of every middle school and high school library, as well as public libraries. Books like this help pull away the curtain and stigma of mental health struggles for people.
