Rain is a high priestess who is just so innocent. Merrick is Rain's bodyguard. Ian and Max are mercenaries and they're looking for Milla. Ian is also the self proclaimed captain of the Star Bringer. Gage is a former member of the Corporation. Beckett is an escaped prisoner who becomes the pilot. The story is multi-povs following Kali, Rain, Ian, and Beckett povs. The ship may or maynot have a mind of it's own.
