📖 It’s been years and years since I read On Dublin Street, but I’ll never forget Jocelyn and Braden. They really stuck with me, as did the other characters from that iconic found family group. It’s amazing revisiting the fam and their kids, some who are now adults living their own lives. Beth is Jocelyn and Braden’s oldest daughter. She winds up in a fake dating arrangement with her neighbor, star footballer, Callan Keen. The two went to high school together and it’s clear the fire is still there between them, so they agree to 6 weeks of no strings attached fun. Callan is oh so delicious and I absolutely adore Beth, they were just too cute together!
Beth deals with anxiety and panic attacks and both MCs deal with grief. Samantha handled these topics with such care.
🎧 I always love Sam’s audiobooks! Shane and Zara are often featured in her audio and always slay! Shane was perfect as cocky but charming Callan, that accent just does me in 🔥 And Zara was amazing as Beth, completely capturing her type A tendencies and sweet personality. The audio was wonderful, highly recommend giving this a listen!
