This book is about a boy names Partridge and a girl names Pressia. Living in a dystopian world where perfect people live in a dome. Partridge lives inside the dome and Pressia outside. What happens when the two of them meet? The book started off slow but picked up about halfway through. The names of the characters aren't the best but I am going to stick with the series.
