3.5 - 4/ 5 - My feelings towards this book kept changing when reading it. I went from being angry at the characters, to loving them and the plot twists.
The story was pretty interesting, and action-packed although at times it felt very chopped (which is kinda normal since this is a director's cut).
I especially loved when they were in Mexico pretending to be 'normal people'. The whole discussions around struggling to function normally in our society really got to me. It's a little weird having so many 'relatable' aspects to characters who are essentially trained-lunatic-assassin and a suicidal new agent, but I do ...
I found myself being sucked into the story and I want to continue with the series but with a 1000 pages second book, I don't know whether I'll ever get through it completely ...
