The Hookup Plan
by Farrah Rochon
funny
lighthearted
reflective
relaxing
medium-paced
London is a great pediatric surgeon. She also has a major need to be the best. Her "goal" from her friends Samiah and Taylor is to get laid!
Drew is her arch nemesis from high school and they fall into their old pattern at their HS 20 year reunion. He's here to try and save her hospital from being sold to a private held company. He's also perfect for London's goal.
So they decide they can hookup but that's it for the time that Drew is in town.
I love the competition and the banter between these two. It can be explosive but it feels so real for how long they've known each other. I feel we get the bedroom scenes a lot faster in this book because that what the title is about.
I really liked that Location ripped into her narcissistic father. He's a real winner 🙄
I also just love the 3 ladies so much! London, Samiah, and Taylor got so close so fast and I'm jealous of that type of easy friendship! They just push each other to be the best they can be and it's funny and adorable and heartwarming.
