It took me a little while to get into this book, due to the style of the space logs but once I did, it was excellent. Not only was Mark Watney absolutely HILARIOUS - like laugh out loud on the public bus hilarious - but he was the type of decent guy you really rooted for.

I also found this book to be quite realistic, in the sense that if we did have astronauts going on Mars Missions, and one got stranded...the world would do everything to help. Plus, the terminology used was impressive!
