Oh my, finally done! I've had this on currently reading for about 3 months now, not necessarily because of the book but mostly because I suck at reading more than one book at once, so this was put on the side. While I did enjoy A Kiss of Deception, I was not the biggest fan. Let me just say: I love the world and the characters, but the story and the plot here was really slow. Like, I felt nothing happened in the first 300 pages. I appreciated to learn more about a new culture and a new country (as I said, I love the world), but it was drawn out. I felt bored. But as I said, I am loving the overall 'big' plot of the story and I'm really looking forward to the next one! I just was a bit underwhelmed. It is a series I could easily recommend even though it is not my top-favorite. I'm hoping for the best for my babies! *nervous*
