The Best Little Boy in the World: The 25th Anniversary Edition of the Classic Memoir
by Andrew Tobias, John Reid

I’ve attempted to complete this book three separate times now and I can’t bring myself to enjoy this book. While I understand it was an influential book when first released, I can’t get over the internalized homophobia, racism, sexism, fat-shaming and to be honest voice of the narrator. If anything this book offers a look into the life of someone deeply displeased with themselves(while somehow being undeniably vain) and how they ultimately pass those feelings along to others.
