Well, I really don't know where to start.

All I can say is that Carissa Broadbent did it again.

The world building, the story, the character development, the plot twists - everything was just incredible!

It took me a little while to get hooked, but I think the reading slump that I had to overcome is to blame.

I started right away with the novella of the series and I can't wait to read how Raihn and Oraya's story continues. Their dynamic is so compelling. 

And Raihn? Oh, Raihn. After @bookwithchels mentioned it, I couldn't unsee it. The Rhys vibes I received? I loved every single bit of Raihn!

Oraya is an incredible FMC. Even though she was already a strong woman at the beginning of the book, she has grown so much! I love her!
