Reid was raised as a man because her mom died and her father wanted to keep his title and lands. When the Princes find out her secret, she is forced to choose to help the Princes or allow her dad to be stripped of his land and titles as well as go to jail. She chooses to help them. From there she goes on missions.
I really love Reid and how not everything came easy to her. I loved the royalty in both countries and want more and more world building from it, which I hope to see in book two. The only thing I didn’t like was how I felt like I was thrown into the story when I started it.
