Uh... I don't remember reading this back in 2011? Or whenever Goodreads said I did? Well, I've definitely read it now! I feel like I would have remembered a strangely abrupt ending like that...
While I did listen to this while traveling from London to Manchester and nodded off for parts, on whole I enjoyed its silliness and sometimes the phrases Douglas Adams comes up with cracked me up!

“Look, why don’t you sit yourself down over there and let me plug you in?” He gestured Arthur toward a chair which looked as if it had been made out of the rib cage of a stegosaurus. “It was made out of the rib cage of a stegosaurus,” explained the old man.”
