I don’t even know how I feel about this book. I loved parts. I hated parts. HATED! It didn’t go the way I thought it would at all. It was definitely different. I enjoyed the beginning, overall enjoyed the end. Parts in the middle I liked and hated...I am curious if any of you read it and what you thought.

I don’t know what to say about it but not give away too many specifics. Heroine, Theo, I found overall an enjoyable character. She’s considered ugly by the ton and is talked about frequently. The hero, James, is in line for a dukedom and has been Theos friend since childhood. Theo became James’ fathers ward and they were raised together. James is put into a position where he should marry Theo and due to various circumstances their marriage basically falls apart. The book is about them moving from friends to lovers, then enemies, then eventually finding their love again, years later.
