really glad i picked this up. It was very knowledgeable to me considering i have been in therapy with 3 different therapists and have yet to find one i can connect with fully. This gave me the hope that someone is out there who can understand my feelings and listen without judgement. This is a book I’d consider picking up again and recommending to everyone.
