I was intrigued to read this book because I had read Bossypants by Tina Fey and really enjoyed it. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, but it is nothing like Bossypants. Amy Poehler is a smart, determined, driven woman who is not going to apologize for having a career (successful too!), children, and still growing as a person (as everyone does). This was a great memoir. She has worked her butt off to be where she is, and even she admits to bring annoyed by celeb books where all they do is drop names. There are definitely funny bits, but it's not Bossypants and that is perfectly okay.
