Another gem by Beverly Jenkins. I am never disappointed with her books and it really makes the story come to life with all the actual and factual history thrown in. The love scenes are wonderful the way their love grew endearing and just enough of gun fights and saloons to make it a good Western too!! The heroine was feisty and while I don't mind the archetype I liked how she wasn't the typical naive female you usually find in romance. And the hero is the cowboy that dreams are made of!!! Very enjoyable novel.
