A fantastic cat-and-mouse style mystery read which I absolutely devoured.
The book is fast paced and really easy to get into. The way Ashley has provided snip-its of past jobs and how the MFC experiences and interactions
with other characters help develop and feed into the present day story - chef kiss! I really enjoyed each of the characters in their own right with the
main plot feeling very cinematic with some really interesting plot twists.

What I really love most about this book is how clever the plot is! The way Evie/Lucca navigates the mystery and challenges in this book don't rely on lazy
cliches or coincidences, but are methodically making it feel very real which can make or break a mystery book.

Goes without saying I will be keeping an eye out for future works by Ashley Elston!
