Brilliant. Angie Thomas is one of my new faveorite authors. Her writing style and the way she tells this story is stunning. Makes me feel like I'm actually there with her characters, feeling what they feel, going through their struggles with them.
I like that this is set in the same district as T.H.U.G and I liked that it was more grittier than it also. Bri was a great character although she was incredibly flawed but I liked that.
I can't wait to see what Angie Thomas comes out with next!!.

Also, A.T spits some series fire! Well worth the read guys, you won't be disappointed. (And that's coming from someone who doesn't really like hip hop or rap)
