this entire series is cute.

i don’t typically read graphic novels so i am not the target audience and while i like nick and charlie for me this story does lack a lot of actual plot itself. sure i’m this last book eating disorders and coming out were pretty big topics for the characters and i think overall well handled but i am still missing more to the winkte story than it just being a cutesy love story between nick and charlie.

which is not to say that there needs to be more. 

just that i personally need more than just a cute couple to let me enjoy a book series with hundreds of pages especially in a format i normally do not read or enjoy. 

so for me? cute but that’s it.


if you love cutesy romance and wants lot of representation and supportive family and friends? 
go for it! 

if you don’t love the format and just want to know what the buzz is about? go for it.
