This was my first book by Ann Smith and I thought it was a really well written and enjoyable story. I enjoyed getting to know Jackson and Savannah as well as Savannah's daughter Alana. I also liked the friendship between Jackson and Savannah's brother Marcus and thought he was a good character as well that it might be fun to read more about in the future potentially.
