This is a delightful, creepy and dark story and I loved every moment of it.
The vivid historical background, the fleshed out characters and the great plot that kept me hooked.
Ms Spangler is an excellent storyteller and she did and excellent job with character and plot development.
Even if it's a middle grade story it can also be appreciated by adults.
An excellent book that I highly recommend.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.
