Like all the other collections for characters this features a bunch of stories by different writers/artist.

Let me just say I'm kind of really annoyed there was no Mark Waid writing Wally here. He basically defined the character and not even a single 20 page story? What the fuck DC? Really?

Anyway, let me talk about the good. Almost all of this is. My biggest surprise is Joshua's storyline here, or two. The first being the actual issue 750 which has to do with Paradox. And it's really good, gets you hyped, and the return of a old villain/hero is perfect. I also enjoyed Johns story of Captain Cold as well as Joshua Side B story which was fun and charming.

The Mark story was ok...but the art was atrocious IMO. I also didn't love Manupauls Flash story but never much did like his Flash or Barry from New 52.

Overall, it's a fun collection and got me hyped for the end of Williamson's run. A 3.5 out of 5 but I'll bump it to a 4.
