Actual rating 2•5 ☆

3rd book of the breathing series.

#1 Loved it......mahoosive cliffhanger brought book#2 immediately

#2 Hmm didn't love it so much, it was okay but still left a lot of questions unanswered.

#3 12 hours of absolutely NOTHING!!!

This is the book in whole, broken into the pieces that actually matter.

Beginning... Emma being sad/guilty....friends looking out for her
...2 hours later, still sad...friends still there
...3 hrs later ....still sad.......
4 hrs.....banging a hot guy that really cares about her, but still unhappy.....
5 hrs oh the guilt.......
6 hrs .....I'm a bad person, Here comes Evan ....angst angst .....
7 hrs Emma - all of my friends rally round me to do EVERYTHING for me, to protect me from getting hurt again by Evan!
Continue this for another 3 hours....
Hour 11 includes Jonathan, Evan, a little crappy sex and a secret.

That's it folks it literally was Emma moaning about herself and how guilty she was about something and how Evan hurt her so much blah blah blahhhhh

SHE left HIM in book 2 Evan didn't do anything wrong, he was just a nice guy in a shitty situation, any girl would have been happy with him but she just used him and Sara.

‘You’ve worn guilt like an iron mask, welded to you, because you’re convinced that you’re to blame for what happens to everyone else.
You martyr yourself for things you’re not responsible for. And you end up hurting the people you care about because you push them away, believing you’re protecting them.’ Emma remained quiet.
‘You can’t continue to carry that guilt any more. You can’t keep shutting everyone out. That’s not living, Emma.’

Well said Evan, now go and get yourself a proper girlfriend that at least smiles once in a while.

A very disappointing 2•5 ☆
