Being a fan of Mercedes, I was both excited to read this book and dreading the recap of the 2023 season.  Much to my delight, because it was so focused on Mercedes, the monotany of last season didn't make it into the book!

I loved this deep dive in the Mercedes F1 team and especially how it highlights different members of the team.  As much as I love Lewis and Toto, I do like to hear about the other people behind the car and their relationships within the team.

I also really liked that this book continued into the 2024 season!  One of my favorite moments from this season was when Lewis won at Silverstone so I am happy that is what the book ends on!
