I continue to be impressed with how much I am liking this series. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but I am enjoying it very much.

There are possible spoilers in the rest of this review, IF you haven't read the previous books of the series.


There is a lot more going on in this book than I was expecting. We've got the Mallory situation to contend with and figuring out what all of that means for Ethan. Add to that the mystery of Tate and what happened with that. I was going over and over possibilities in my mind, and most of them proved to be inaccurate. I also was glad to see Claudia return. Something about her just intrigues me.

I'm looking forward to what might happen next with the GP and the Cadogan house. I wasn't exactly surprised by the vote, but I can tell that there might be some drama there in the future. I'm also eager to see what happens with the Red Guard and specifically with Merit's role there.
