Don't really know what to say about this book. On one hand I enjoyed it immensely, on the other hand, I couldn't wait for it to be over. I think I fell into the hype trap, expecting to love this not only as much as everyone else, but as much as I loved "The Secret History".

Tartt's writing will forever be one of my favourites, she has an brilliant way with words that makes every novel of hers, feel so sophisticated.

As for the characters, i didn't like any of them, but what's new?
