This was the first book in the series to actually bring me to tears. I was close before, but this one did me in. That being said, I am truly enjoying how the series is progressing. I like seeing how Clarke, Bellamy and Wells have all grown and matured throughout their adventures.

I suspected all was not as it seemed with Kendall far before Wells, and yes we were right. There is much tragedy going on in this volume, but also some surprising joy. Namely involving Clarke.

I thought this was the last book in the series, and was pleasantly surprised to see that there is one more to go. I look forward to reading Rebellion soon.
