This book is very introspective. It's an incredibly deep book. The way that It's written is meant to make you question what you would do in the same situation. It really puts you inside the head of the MC (narrator).

Questioning what would it be like to have her life- no memory of the outside world or all the things we take for granted.

Although told by the sole POV of the MC, you still get to know the other characters through her dialogue. It's incredibly well written and thought provoking, while still keeping a continuous sense of suspense throughout the entire book.
