Quick read and entertaining enough. Overall liked the concept, but not executed greatly. Was a bit predictable. Why did she have Caroline get accused of poisoning her husband for like 5 seconds? I thought that part didn’t even need to be there, what was the point of that? It didn’t add anything and ended up being a bit of a silly way to add drama. Also, she found the apothecary quite quickly. Just a little unrealistic that no one in the last 200 years had found it sooner but she did in like 5 minutes.
