It's the first book I read in this series and won't surely be the last.
It's a gripping and entertaining read and it made me wish to travel to Mackinac Island.
The cast of characters is well written and interesting, all them are likeable and relatable. Allie is more melancholic and realist than other cozy mystery characters and I loved her.
The plot is cleverly crafted and the mystery, full of twists and turns, kept me guessing.
i I look forward to reading the next instalment in this series.
