Whatever Happens starts with the ending of the last episode. They just had the perfect day. Then the characters talk about their last perfect day. Julie thinks about her perfect day before her mother got sick. Luke, Reggie and Alex think about the day before their first supposed Orpheum performance.

I really enjoyed this book. I finished it in one day. It was just so nice to be back with these characters again. And now Netflix please give us Season 2 already.
