Unpopular opinion, but I didn’t love The Vanishing Half. It was ok. I liked the overall plot, but there was something missing for me. I didn’t connect with the characters as much as I would have liked, and I felt like some areas were underwritten. For example I would have liked more on Jude’s relationship with Reece. Perhaps my expectations were too high going in, but it wasn’t the blockbuster I was hoping for.
