This was such a fun one!!! I had seen so many people talk about this and for good reason. Amari’s world gets turned upside down when her brother, Quinton, has gone missing. She then gets thrown into a world of magic. One of the things that I really liked about this was the fact that the author shined a light on how horrible it is to judge others. Poor Amari has a rough go and it seems like no matter what world she is in, she’s being judged by her looks or what they think of her. We need more books that shine a light on this. It’s not okay and never will be okay. I love that she never gives up and is so resilient! Great adventure and I can’t wait for the next one.
