once again let’s start this out with saying that i normally do not read this format and because of that my personal enjoyment of this series is lowered since i don’t connect with the characters and the story itself as much as if it would have been written as an actual novel.

that being said- it’s cute.

i like nick and charlie and how they learn and discover their relationships and their own personalities more.
in this one i found it a bit too slow and a little to jumpy at the same time with to many other characters, their opinions and relationships brought in.
also i don’t know if my ebook copy was a few pages short or of this book really just ended with nick googling eating disorders without any answers to what he finds or what he thinks about  it.

either weg this was actually my least favorite of the three so far but that is as i already stated based mostly on the fact that i prefer more context and actual details instead of just getting a graphic with a small amount of text. especially since in this book a lot of texts were exchanged which offers even less information.

it’s a cute  story and i understand why people love it.
but i also don’t agree that it’s a universally thing and that everyone can absolutely love and enjoy this series in this format -as i have been told numerous times.

the author wrote a beautiful cute story that is very inclusive and treats lgbt+ as is should be treated - normal.

but that being said -if you don’t normally enjoy graphic novels? there are other books- even this author- out there that might be a better fit and more enjoyable.

but if you love this series? fantastic!
