Well the title didn't lie, this was definitely too many emails. Honestly this may have been the most juvenile story about adult female friendships. There is no way friends talk to each other like this, treat each other in this way or use email for their main communication (WTF!) I know this was from 2018 but that's not that long ago.
All of the characters in this were highly unlikeable and not just that but I think this book is anti-female. It paints women in the worst way (catty, bitchy, dumb, obsessed with men, etc.).
I almost DNF'd but it's such a quick read that I powered through. Please, if you're considering this book, just don't. Seriously, pick up ANY other book on female friendship.
