I enjoyed the first two I read in this series (Transparent and Ex-hero).
Unfortunately this one really wasn't for me. The main feature, Scott's minor superpower, felt under-utilised ... there was extreme instalove (even for a fated mates scenario, this was a bit much) ... disappointing miscommunication as a major plot point and too many powers and abilities on the side of Good to feel like the story ever had particularly high stakes. Plus some weirdness at the end aboutSPAM bring hacked to explain their lack of response to Scott's reports?? Felt like an answer for a beta-reader's question, rather than a meaningful part of the story.
