I don't know what I expected but reading a scary horror was not it (I thought I was getting a children's book ffs). Or maybe I should have read it other time than before going to sleep, at midnight, with lights off, and have it narrated right into my ears...

Nevertheless, it was an awesome book and awesome narration (I'm so disappointed the second book is read by someone else T_T). Great worldbuilding (this I like the most), well-written characters (omg I love George :D) and interesting plot (I guessed the resolution halfway through the book, but I don't particularly mind that). Definitely reading the rest of the series.
