What does one Star Wars Fanatic do while waiting for The Last Jedi movie to be available to stream? Read Carrie Fisher’s book about being Princess Leia of course. I also ended up buying The Last Jedi book while I waited too.

I have both the kindle book and the audiobook. I like listening to the audiobook while I’m also reading along. This audiobook was great! Maybe even better than her other audiobook I have and loved, “Wishful Drinking.” The Princess Diarist has both Carrie Fisher and her daughter Billie Lourd. Carrie is funny and very blunt. The Princess Diarist dealt mostly with clearing the rumors of her affair with Harrison Ford, aka Han Solo. I think I just liked hearing about how Star Wars was her first jump into show biz, her opinions of being a fresh actress and even a few comments of working with Warren Beatty for her first film in Shampoo.

This audiobook is definitely a keeper, and the kindle book too because it shows some blurry photos of her actual diary and some other great photos of her, Ford and Mark Hamill.
