My rating is more like 3 1/2 stars. There were some things I really liked but others that I was kinda meh about. It was an interesting look at Charley not knowing who she is and discovering all of her friends for the first time. I missed her early relationship with Reyes where she didn't know what to do with him and I got to see that again. On the other hand, there was too much going on but at the same time the story lagged in the beginning too much. A lot happens with the supernatural at the end that felt too rushed because most of the book dealt with more "human" issues that dragged on and then ended abruptly. I still love this series and am going right into the 10th book. The characters are great with some hilarious and very sexy moments.
